of the Poors Casuall Account for the same Month of

A Motion made and the Question put whether
the Church Wardens shall be Impowered to sue or prosecute
Mr. Hutchens the Present Raker or do any other Act or
thing as shall be most proper & Necessary to be done for
the recovery of Four Pounds P Ann wch Mr. Simms paid for
an Encroachment here to fore made by his Father att
Millford Stairs & added to his Dock & now Continued &
enjoyed by the said Mr. Hutchens for wch he refuses to pay
And that such Prosecutions be carryed on at the Expence
of the Parish.
