Att which time the Poors Rate was Signed by the
Ch: Wardens, Overseers & the rest of the Vestry

Ordered & Agreed by this Board that in case the
Rate now made for the Necessary releife of the Poor
Shall on or before the 25th. day of Decr. next be found
to be Deficient that then upon an Extract thereof
laid before this Board of such Deficiency that a
Reassessment be made on the severall Inhabitants
of this Parish in proportion to the said Deficiency

And at the same time the Feoffees agreed with
Mr. Lovejoy to grant him a Lease of Mrs. Deans Front
& Back Houses for Thirteen Years from Michaelmas
next at [..] the Yearly Rent of Ten Pounds and
a Fyne of One Hundred Pounds
