The late Overseers Paid into the hands of Mr.
Church Warden Francis the Hundred Pounds which
they had given their Note for and took up their
Note for the same

And at the same time Mr. Church Warden
Francis Paid the Hundred Pounds which he had
Received from the late Overseers into the hands
of the Present Overseers & took their Note for
the same Payable to him or his Successors
