Church Wardens
of this Parish for the Year
1733 Setting forth that they were Maliciously Scited
into the Ecclesiasticall Court by one Mr. James
Dunbarr in the Name of himselfe and one John
Crawford in Order that their Account as Church
Wardens might be Passed before the Ordinary of
the said Court not with standing their said Account
had been made up Passed and Allowed of by the
Parishioners long before at a Vestry held for that
Purpose and the Charges they were put to in
defending the said Prosecution amounting to the
Sum of £73:2:0 and Praying to be reimburssed
the same and an Order of Vestry the 4th. of Decr.

And a Motion made and the Question put whether
the Ch: Wardens should pay to the said Mr. Jno. Bullock
& Mr. Cha: Scriven the said Sum of Seventy three Pounds &
Two Shillings so Expended by them as aforesaid when
there shall be Money in their Hands Sufficient to
pay the same.
Carried in the Affirmative Nemine Contradicente
Ordered and Agreed that the Church Wardens of
this Parish do Pay to the said Mr. Jno. Bullock and
Mr. Chas. Scriven the said Sum of £73:2:0
so Expended by them as aforesaid in Defending the said
Prosecution when there shall be Money in their
Hands Sufficient to Pay the same.
