Read and Audited the Overseers Accounts
of the same Month Amounting to the Sum of £365:18s:0d

Resolved and Agreed that the Rate for
the Necessary Relief of the Poor for the second
Quarter be made at /6d in the Pound Rents

and that the Vestry Clerk do Rate the
Books Accordingly

Ordd.. an Application be made by the Vestry
Clerk to Mr. Manning's Securities & to the Solicitor to his
Commission Requesting Paymt. of further Money and
Information as to Divides.
