This being a Vestry called by desire of the Magistrates
To Enquire into the Irregularities Committed in this.
Parish and Particularly into the Conduct of
the several Licensed All or Victualling Houses

The Magistrates Requestd. that the Inhabitants wod.
Point out to Them the Misconduct of such Victuallers
or any other Irregularities-and observing that the
Parish of St. James Westminster had Published sevl.
Very Salutary Regulations in the News Papers.
Respecting Offences disorders and Irregularities, and
the Paper in which they were Published being Produced
and such Resolutions Read.
