Accounts shod. be applyed for that & no other purpose and on
the Question being putt the same was Carried in the Affirmative

Ordered that a Case be drawn and paid before Mr. Baldwin
the Council for his Opinion Whr. to defend on Action lately
brot. agt. Mr. Watt and Mr. Brownley late Overseers to recover
a Sum of 10 Guineas paid to them by One Evan Jones< no role > for
Bastardy he saying he cod prove that Margaret Thomas< no role > Singlewoman
had sworn falsely and that she was not pregnant by him.
