Read & Auditted the Churchwardens Account for the
Month of Janry last amounting to the Sum of £12..3..4

At the same time read & Auditted the Overseers Accounts
for the same Month amounting to the Sum of £522..18..10 [..]

A Motion made by Mr. Burnthwaite & seconded by Mr.
Clean Whether a Rate shod. be granted in pursuance of An
Order of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for raising the
Sum of £698..15s..17d so much being Assessed on this Parish
for defraying in part the Damages sustained by the late
Riotts or that the same shod be adjourned to a future Vestry
and the Question being no put it was Carried in the
Affirmative.
