Of New Inn against Mr William Birks Solely, in consequence
of which it is unanimously Resolved and Agreed that his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace, as also the late Overseers as well as the Present
and their Successors or any other Person or Persons concerned in [..]
Executing Such Warrants of distress be and are hereby Indemnif [..]
by this Vestry, and that such Actions already brought or may
hereafter be brought by any of the Inns of Court or any other
Inhabitant of this Parish, Such Action or Actions shall be
Defrayed at the expence of this Parish, and Paid out of the Poor's
Rates respectively
