The foundation of the back front of Mr. Abingdon's house
in Dukes Place being in a very ruinous Condition

Agreed that the privy be immediately
Emptied in order to see what repairs are necessary
to be done at said House and that the Expence of
Emptying the said Privy be paid equally between
Mrs. Moses and the Trustees
