St. Clement Danes March 18th. 1766

A Meeting of the Trustees of the Estate in
Dukes Place belonging to this Parish pursuants
to Adjournment

Present

Mr. George Vaughan< no role >

Agreed that Mr. Mordecai have
a Lease of his House for Twenty one Years (which
he now rents in Dukes Place ) from Lady day next
at £10 a Year clear of all Taxes, he to lay out £100
upon the necessary repairs of the same with in the
first two Years from the Commencement of the Lease
and to keep it in repair during the said Term of
Twenty one Years.

I Elias Mordecai< no role > do hereby consent to take
a Lease of the house I now Rent of the Trustees of the Estate
in Dukes Place belonging to the Parish of St. Clement Danes
for 21 Years from Lady day next & to execute a Counter [..]
thereof at the Yearly Rent of Ten Pounds clear of all
Taxes, to lay out £100 upon the Substantial and
necessary repairs thereof within the first two Years
from the Commencement of the Lease and to Keep the
same in repair during the said Term of Twenty one
