Lord Warkworth Sent his Compliments to the
Rector and Gentlemen of the Vestry who was Sorry he had
given them the trouble of Meeting as he was unfortunately
prevented from waiting on them being Confined to his Room
by a Violent Cold and Rheumatism but desired they will
favour him with a Days previous Notice of their next
meeting hopeing he should be then able to pay his respects to
them in person. And at the same time desired the Church
Wardens of St. Clement Danes and St. Mary le Strands
Acceptance of Fifty Pounds to be Distributed amongst
poor Housekeepers of the said Parishes not Receiving
Alms.

and St. Mary Le Strand Ten Pound

Ordered that the thanks of this Vestry be given to Lord
Warkworth for his kind present to the poor at this Season
of the year.
