on Sunday last.

Signed the Rate for the necessary Relief of the Poor for
the Third Quarter at Ten pence in the Pound Rents
Mr. Jennings the Vestry Clerk informed this Vestry
that he had not sent out the Militia Bills pursuant to
the Order of the last Vestry The Minister having given
Notice of his Intention to bring aŁ
Bill into the house Respecting the Militia, therefore He
thought it advisable to wait and see the Result,
as the Augmentation to the Militia as Raised under the
Act of 26 Geo 3d. was expected to be very great.
The Inhabits. prevent being of that Opinion
It was moved and Seconded
That the Order Respecting Subscription for
the Militia of the 6th. October be Suspended
