The following Proposals for serving with Butcher's
Meat were received and read

Mr. Joseph Anderson< no role > , of Clare Market ,
proposed the following Terms


Clods and Stickings, twice a week, cut fair without
bone at
3/ per Stone.

N.B As many Clods as Stickings to be delivered
Breasts of Mutton as wanting Daily at4/. per Stone


Whole Leg of Mutton Pieces boned and thick flanks
of beef one a week
4/4 per Stone


Legs of Mutton once a Month and the Meat
for the Master's Talle being 3lb per day
5/4 per Stone

Legs & Shins of Beef on Saturday in every week at1/4 per Stone


Beef at Christmas & at Easter middle ribs urthust
the Blade bone
at 4/8 per do.


Neal at Whitsuntide Legs & Shoulder an equal
number of each to be delivered
at 4/8 per do

The Beef to be good be Beef. The Mutton to be good
Wether Mutton, the legs not weighing less than 9lb each and
the Breasts in proportion

To be paid for one month after a Quarter shall be expired
and so after every Quarter of a year during the Contract

Mr. James Bond< no role > of the Strand proposed the
following Terms


Clods and Stickings twice a week Cut fair
without Bone at
3/ per Stone
