Whole leg of Mutton pieces boned and thick
flanks of Beef once a Week at
4/8 per Stone


Legs of Mutton once a Month and the
Meat for the Master's Table at
5/4 per Stone


Legs and Shins of Beef on Saturday in
every Week at
1/4 per Stone


Beef at Christmas, Middle ribs without the
Bladebone at
4/8 per Stone


Veal at Whits untide Legs and Shoulders
an equal number of each to be delivered at
5/ per Stone

The Beef to be good Ox Beef - the Mutton to be
good wether Mutton the legs not weighing less than 9
lb each and the breasts in proportion.

To be paid for one Month after a Quarter shall
be expired and so after every quarter of a Year
during the Contract.

Mr. Bond's proposal being the lowest it was
accepted and the Vestry Clerk ordered to prepare the
usual Contract.

The following Proposals for serving with Butter and Cheese
were received and read.

Mr. Bernard Dolan proposed good Gloucester or
Wiltshire Cheese Cwt. or 112lb. @ 56

Good clean scraped and wired salt Butter @ 42s per
firkin or 56lb.

Mr. Dowlman proposed

Good salt Butter after it is scraped and wired at
46s. per Firkin or 56lb.
