Mr. Webb stated that the business of Spinning
was carried on to a loss and Prevented a State of
Expenditure whereby it appeared that there was about
£39. expended more than Cloath received in Value
Mr. Marshall observed that the Schooling was saved
which would amount to near £19.
Upon debating the Matter it was Agreed
That it should be recommended to the Overseers to pursue
the business for Six weeks keeping an accurate Accounting
of the Expenditure and Produce
