For Meat

Mr. Luff proposd to serve the Workhouse with
Butchers Meat as follows Vizt


Clods Stickens Mouse Buttocks
and whole Leg of Mutton pieces
twice a Week at fair and
without bone at 2s Pr Stone

Thick and thin Flanks of Beef once Week at 2s per Stone

Legs of Mutton once a Month at 3s. per Stone
including Meat for Master Suet on Saturdays}

Breasts of Mutton daily at 3s per Stone

The Beef to be Ox Beef.

The Mutton good wether Mutton, Legs not weighing less
then 9 lb each and Breasts in proportion

It being the only proposal was unanimously
Accepted And he thereupon named Mr Geo Stackhouse a Sean

And Ordered that the usual Contract to
prepared by the Vestry Clerk and that he get the
same executed

For Butter and Cheese

Mr. Richard Eden< no role > proposed serving the Workhouse
for a year with Butter and Cheese as follows Vizt.
Good Salt Butter to be weighed after it is scraped
and wired at 36s per Firkin or 56 lb}
Good Gloucester Cheese at 43s per £wt. or 112 lb

Mr. Elsworth proposd serving the Poor in the
House for the same Term with Good Salt Butter after it is
scraped and wired at 36s per Firkin or 56 lb
Good Gloucester Cheese at 44s per £ wt. or 112 lb

Mr Smith proposed serving the Poor in the House
for the Like time, with
Good Salt Butter weighed after it is scraped and wired at [..]
