Ordered that Letters be sent to the several Coal
Dealers of this Parish that the Board willing to contract
for Coals,andproposals to be delivered is on or before
the 3d day of September next when a Board will be held
for the Purpose of receiving them
Ordered that circular Letters be written to the
several Butchers resident in this Parish informing
them that this Board will contract for Butchers Meat
for the Poor in the Workhouse
for one year from the 8th
day of September next (the Meals to be of the same kindly
delivered
