Circular Letters having been sent to Several Butchers
Cheesemongors to send in Proposals to serve the Workhouse
3 Months Certain from the Date hereof & no Proposal
having been sent in except by Mr Thompson Bu [..]
and Mr Smith Cheesemongor

It is Resolved and Agreed that Mr Thos Thomp [..]
Do serve the Workhouse Agreable to his Proposal
Beef at 2s..6d Per Stone and Mutton at 3d Per Stone
And that Mr Smith Do serve the Workhouse
Agreeable to his Proposals Vizt. Butler at 35s Per Fir [..]
and Cheese at 37s Per Cwt.

The Board took into Consideration the Mo [..]
distribute the Money Collected for releif of the Poor
keepers amounting to the sum of £77..2s..
