the Inspector examined thereto, the Committee
signed Drafts on the Bankers payable to the
said respective Persons or Bearer for the
amount of such their respective Bills
Ordered that the Clerk give notice to
the Lamp Contractor that great Numbers of
Lamps have been returned unlighted since
Michaelmas last
