The Committed being Summoned to consid [..]
whether to Reduce the One shilling Rate made
by this Committee or the 14th day of April last
and having examined the Bankers Account
as also the Collector as to the Arrears to be received
to Lady day last and taken into Consideration
the general state of the Paving Account also
the several Circumstances relative thereto, this
Committee are of Opinion that the said Rate
so made at One shilling should be collected
