Advertisement from this Committee for Proposals to
Contract for Cleansing the Streets in this Parish and
taking away the Dust now delivered in such Proposal
for Six Hundred Pounds for One Year and William
Stapleton a like proposal for Three Years from
Michaelmas next at £800: Per Ann and John
Smith a Proposal for the first Yearat £100

which several Proposals being very maturely Considered
by this Committee It was unanimously Resolved
that this Committee Contract for One Year only
and the several Proposers being called in were
informed of such Resolution and requested to alter
or form their Proposals accordingly when they
severally Proposed not to allow any thing for the
Dust Cinders Ashes Etc and the said Charles Hutchins< no role >
proposed to do such Scavenger's Work for one Year at £500
the said William Stapleton< no role > for one Year at£700
and the said John Smith< no role > for One Year at£700

It was thereupon Resolved that this Committee
Contract with the said Charles Hutchins< no role > according
to his Proposal for £ Five Hundred Pounds
for One Year from Michaelmas next
