At a Meeting of the Committee Elected and appointed
pursuant to the Act of Parliament for better Paving Cleansing
and Lighting the Parish of Saint Clement Danes in the
County of Middlesex and certain Places adjoining
thereto and for removing and preventing Nuisances and
Annoyances therein held in the Vestry Room of the
said Parish the 20th: day of February 1795

The Churchwardens having informed this Parish by notice
Published in the Church on Sunday last that the Inhabitants of
the said Parish having a right to Assemble in Vestry had met at
the Vestry Room of this Parish on Thursday the 12th: Instant
pursuant to notice given in the Church on Sunday then last for
the purpose of Electing and appointing a Committee for the better
Paving Cleansing and Lighting this Parish Etc pursuant to the
said Act of Parliament and had then and there Elected and
appointed Mr: Joseph Burnthwaite< no role > , Mr: Wm: Williams< no role > ,
Mr: Joseph Sumner< no role > , Mr: Thos. Rust< no role > , Mr: Willm: Nurse< no role > ,
Mr: Moses Wingrove< no role > , Mr: John White< no role > , Mr: Thos. Seear< no role > ,
Mr: James Sadler< no role > , Mr: Bloomer Ireland< no role > , Mr: Saml: Oddy< no role >
Mr: Wm: Bird< no role > , Mr: John Cullum< no role > , Mr: Wm: Cox< no role > ,
Mr: John Pennington< no role > , Mr: James Rosier< no role > , Mr: Saul
Richardson
< no role > , Mr: Geor Prince, Mr: Joshua Johnston< no role > ,
Mr: Fras: Stone< no role > and Mr: Geo: Hulme< no role > severally House-
holders and resident in this Parish who are Assessed to and
pay their respective Shares of the Rates or Assessments made
by virtue of the above Act to be a Committee for the better and
more effectual carrying the said Act into Execution and the
said several Persons having been Summoned to attend this
meeting the said Mr Burnthwaite, Mr: Prince, Mr: Stone,
Mr: Rosier, Mr: Pennington, Mr: Sumner, Mr: Wingrove,
and Mr: Hulme attended accordingly, When it was
