and upon the Church for Publick inspection the Account
of every Penalty imposed upon any Contracter by th [..]
of Parliament and also of all Penalties contained in [..]
Contract for Non performance thereof and the made present
for Recovery or Levying thereof and also the times when
the respective Streets Lanes and other Passages and
Places are to be Cleansed and the Lamps Lighted and
Cleaned.

The Clerk having prepared a Letter to be sent Mr.
Jackson in pursuance of the Resolution of this Commit [..]
at their last meeting which Letter was not transmitted
on Account of the Derwas of the late Duke of Newcastle
which Letter (hearing date the 21st. day of February last) being new And It was resolved that the
matter be Postponed til the next meeting.
