The Minutes of the last meeting Read and
Confirmed
Read the Returns of the Inspector of Paving and
several Inspectors of Lamps
Mrs. Hurrell of Ship Yard attending & complaining
of a Nuisance by an Oyster Stall placed opposite her
House Ordered that the Beadles caused the same
to be Removed
Mr. Field attended and requested leave to
take up the Pavement under Houghton Street
opposite his House for the purpose of making an Owen
and agreeing that whenever the Pavement shall
become necessary to be Repaired by Decay of the said
intended Owen he will pay for such Repair of the
Pavement Resolved that on his so Undertaking he
have leave to take up and put down such Pavement
at his own Expence under the Inspection of the Committees
