Aged 30 Years and upwards Upon her
Oath saith that she never was Married, that
she lived as an hired yearly Servt. with Robt.
Pemberton< no role > Esqr . Cock's Court Serle Street in the
parish of St Clement Danes in the said County and
Liberty with whom she has been in that capacity,
& regularly served from the 28th June 1789 , at the
Annual Wages of Nine Guineas,And this Examt.
further (on her Voluntary Oath) saith that she is now pregnant
with a Child or Children who is or are likely to be
Born a Bastard or Bastards and to become
chargeable to the said parish of St.. Clement Danes
And that Thomas Masters< no role > who lately lived as
Footman to Mr. Lee in Tooks Court Cursitor
Street in the County of Middlesex and this Morning absconded from his said
Master's Service, but whither [..] this Deponent knows
not is the only Real and true fatherthereofof such
Child or Children where with she this Deponent is so
Pregnant as aforesaid he & no one else having had
Carnal knowledge of this Deponent's Body several
times, at some or one of which times he did beget
the same thereon
