aged twenty Years or thereabouts upon
her Oath saith that she never was
married or ever did any Act to gain a
Settlement in her own Right as she
best known or believes And further
this Examinant saith That she hath
been informed and believes that her
Father Ambrose Parmenter< no role > is [..]
a Parishioner duly Settled in the Parish
of Saint Clement Danes in the County
of Middlesex by Virtue of his hiring
and Service for upwards of twelve
Months to Lord Walsingham And
this Examinant further on her
Voluntary Oath Saith that she is
now pregnant with Child or Children
which is or are likely to be born a
Bastard or Bastards and to become
Chargeable to the Parish of Saint
Clement Danes aforesaid, and that
Thomas Bullwright< no role > who is a Gardiner
and works with Mrs. Eglish of Hampstead
aforesaid is the Real and true father
