to wit Margaret Crayton< no role > aged about
29 years upon her Oath saith that she
never was married That she is a Native
of Ireland and never gained any Settlement in
England And further this Deponent upon her
Oath saith that she is pregnant with Child or
Children which is or are likely to be born a
Bastard or Bastards and to become Chargeable
to the Parish of Saint Clement Danes That one
John Pettit< no role > a Journeyman Blacksmith who
lives in Milford Lane is the father thereof he
having had carnal knowledge of this Examints.
Body and begotten the said Child or Children
of which she is now pregnant and that the
said John Pettit< no role > is the only Real and true
father thereof
