to wit Mary Spivigun< no role > aged about
27 years upon her Oath saith that
she never was married That on or
about the Fourth day of December now last
past she this Deponent was delivered of a
female Bastard Child at No. 7 in Clements
Lane in the Parish of Saint Clement Danes
in the County of Middlesex which hath
Since been Christened by the Name of Grace
That one John Collins< no role > a Cook who did live
at Mr. Spencers in Bow Street but where
he is now she this Deponent doth not know
is the father there of he having had carnal
knowledge of this Examinants Body and
begotten the said Child of which she was
so delivered as aforesaid and that he is the
only Real and true father thereof
