to wit Sarah Wells< no role > aged about 25 years upon
her Oath saith that she never was married
that she lived as a hired yearly Servant with Mr.
Newman in Norfolk Street in the Parish of Saint
Clement Danes in the County of Middlesex for
Eighteen Months or thereabouts at the yearly wages
of Ten Guineas That she hath quitted said Service
about 18 Months since which time she hath done no Act whereby she might have gained a subseqt. Settlemt. And this Deponentfurther
upon her Voluntary Oath saith that she is pregnant
with Child or Children which is or are likely to be
born a Bastard or Bastards and to become Chargeable
to the said Parish That one William Harrison< no role >
who lives Servant with the Reverend Mr. Ven at
Clapham in the County of Surry is the father
thereof he having had carnal knowledge of this
Examinants Body and begotten the said Child or
Children of which she is now pregnant and that the
said William Harrison< no role > is the only Real and true
father thereof
