to wit Elizabeth Bell< no role > aged about Twenty
years upon her Oath saith that she never was
married That she has lived as a hired yearly servant
with one Mr. Card who keeps the Oxford Coffee house
in the Strand in the Parish of Saint Clement Danes
in the County of Middlesex for these fourteen Months
last past at the yearly wages of Ten Guineas And
this Deponent further upon her Voluntary Oath
saith that she is pregnant with Child or Children
which is or are likely to be born a Bastard or [..]
Bastards and to become Chargeable to the said
Parish of Saint Clement Danes That one James
Carney
< no role > who now lives as a Cook with the said
Mr. Card is the father thereof he having had
carnal knowledge of this Examinants Body and
begotten the same thereon and that the said
James Carney< no role > and no other Person did beget the
said Child or Children of which she is now
pregnant and that he is the only real and true
father thereof
