to wit Mary Buckin< no role > aged about 19 years
upon her Oath saith that she never was
married Rented any house Tenement or
Lodging of Ten pounds a year or paid
Taxes That she lived as a hired yearly servant
with Mr. Bristol who keeps Saint Clements
Chop House in Saint Clements Church Yard
in the parish of Saint Clement Danes in the
County of Middlesex for Twelve Months and
upwards at the yearly wages of Five pounds
that she hath quitted said Service about
Six Months since which time she hath done
no Act to gain a subsequent settlement And
further this Examinant upon her Oath saith
that on the 19th. day of April now last past she was
delivered of a Female Bastard Child in the
Store Street Hospital which hath since been
Christened by the Name of Mary< no role > That one
Thomas Sargeant< no role > a Waiter at the Georges
Coffee House in the Strand is the father
thereof he having had carnal Knowledge
of this Examinants Body sometime in or
about the Month of July last and at
several times since at one of which times
he did beget the said Child of which she this
Deponent was so delivered of as aforesaid and that
the said Thomas Sargeant< no role > is the only real and
true father thereof
