desertion

(to wit) Mary Carrad< no role > aged thirty one years or
thereabouts Upon Oath saith that she was Married
to her present Husband William Carrad< no role > at the
parish Church of Saint Martin in the fields in the
Liberty of Westminster and County of Middlesex on
or about the twenty third day of July 1786 that her said
Husband has now Rented and Resided in a House
and premises in Star Court Butcher Row in the parish of St Clement
Danes which for four years and upwards at the
annual Rent of eighteen Guineas Twenty two pounds that he still
occupies and Resides in the said House premises at that Rent
that She [..] hath four Children by her said
Husband now with her this Examinant namely
Richard< no role > aged Six years on the 9th day of May last
William< no role > aged four years in the fifteenth day of
February last Mary< no role > aged three years on the 30th
day of August 1792 and Thomas< no role > born on the second
day of July in the said year 1792 that her said
Husband neglects and refuses to maintain herself
and Children and that she is pregnant destitute
unable to provide for herself and family without
assistance and they are thereby become chargeable to the said
parish of St Clement Danes
