parish Church of St George Queen Square
on or abt.
the 9th May 1775 That her said Husband has rented
and resided in a House in Clements Lane in the
parish of St Clement Danes
in the County of Middx
and Liberty of Westminster
for about 5 years last past

at the annual rent of £13 or thereabouts and
continues now to rent & beside therein as she verily
believes That she hath three Children
now living
by her said Husband now living namely
