(to wit) Mary Tweedy< no role > aged about 37 years
Wife of John Tweedy< no role > upon oath saith
That she was Married to her present Husband at the
parish Church of St George Queen Square on or abt.
the 9th May 1775 That her said Husband has rented
and resided in a House in Clements Lane in the
parish of St Clement Danes in the County of Middx
and Liberty of Westminster for about 5 years last past [..]
at the annual rent of £13 or thereabouts and
continues now to rent & beside therein as she verily
believes That she hath three Children now living
by her said Husband now living namely alexander Alexander< no role >
aged 16 years on the 9th April last Mary< no role > born on
the 21st day of January 1783 and Elizabeth< no role > born
on the Sixth day of May 1786 who are were all with
this Deponent's said Husband in Clements Lane aforesd.
in on yesterday Evening That he is as she verily
believes of sufficient bodily strenghth and ability to
Work for [..] and maintain her this Deponent
as well as himself & Children but neglects and
refuses so to do unless compelled by Law and That
she is Poor and unable to maintain her hersef herself witht. Assistance
