to wit Ann Kates< no role > on behalf of
Martha Randall< no role > an Infant aged
about Fourteen years Maketh Oath
and saith that she is the legitimate Child of
William Randall< no role > who kept a House in
Charles Court in the Strand in the Parish of
Saint Martin in the fields in the Liberty of
Westminster for Twelve Months or thereabouts
at the yearly Rent of Ten Pounds and upwards
that after he quitted Said house he never
Rented any house Tenement or Lodging of Ten
Pounds a year paid Taxes or done any Act
Matter or thing whereby he might have
gained a subsequent Settlement And further
this Deponent upon her Oath saith that the said
Martha Randall< no role > never did any Act Matter or
thing whereby she might have gained a Settlement
in herand own Right and Saint Clement Danes
