to wit James Layborn< no role > aged about
23 years upon his Oath saith that he
never Rented any House Tenement or
Lodging of Ten Pounds a year paid Taxes lived
as a hired yearly Servant for Twelve Months or
ever bound an Apprentice That his father James
Layburn
< no role > was an Irishman and never gained a
Settlement in England That he hath been informed
which Information he verily believes to be true
that his Mother Susannah Layburn previous
to her Intermarriage with his father James
Layburn
< no role > and being a Singlewoman lived as a
hired yearly Servant with Mr. Farrer a Taylor
in Chancery Lane in the Liberty of the Rolls in
the County of Middlesex for Two years or
thereabouts at the yearly wages of Five Pounds
and that after she quitted said Service she
never did any Act Matter or thing whereby
she might have gained any other Settlement
