with James Forward< no role > her present Husband at the
Parish Church of Saint Anne Westminster by
whom she hath One Child living Vizt. Catherine< no role >
aged about Three years That her said Husband
Rented part of a house No. 9 Vere Street in the
Parish of Saint Clement Danes in the Liberty of
Westminster for about five Months at the yearly
Rent of Eighteen Pounds that he hath quitted said
Apartments about a fortnight only that her said
Husband has deserted her and her said Child
and Refuses to maintain her whereby she is become
Chargeable to the said Parish of Saint Clement
Danes
