to wit Benjamin Newman< no role > one of the
Beadles of the Parish of Saint Clement Danes
on behalf of Joel Curtis< no role > who is ill and his Two
Children Maketh Oath and Saith That he hath been
informed which Information he verily believes to
be true that the said Joel Curtis< no role > about Fourteen
Years ago Intermarried with Ann< no role > his late
Wife who has been dead about Eighteen YearsMonths at the
Parish Church of Saint Mary Le Bone
by whom the said Joel Curtis< no role > hath Two Children
living Vizt. Ann< no role > aged about Thirteen years and Mary
Jane
< no role > aged about Eleven years And this Deponent
saith that he hath been informed that the said
Joel Curtis< no role > Rented and lived in a house in Little
George Street Portman Square in the Parish of
Saint Mary le bone in the County of Middlesex
for about Two years at the yearly Rent of Sixteen
Pounds that he hath quitted said house about
Twelve Months since which time he hath done
no Act Matter or thing whereby he might have
gained a subsequent Settlement
