to wit Mary Sewell< no role > aged about 67 years
upon her Oath saith that about 34 years ago
she Intermarried with Samuel Sewell< no role > her
late Husband who has been dead about Thirteen year
at May fair That her said late Husband lived as a
hired yearly Servant with Mr. Hantridge who kept
the five Bells manin Holywell Street in the Parish
of Saint Clement Danes in the Liberty of Westminster
for about four years but what Wages he had she this
Deponent doth not know and that after he quitted said
Service he never to the best of this Deponents knowledge
Information or belief did any Act Matter or thing
whereby he might have gained a subsequent settlement
And this Deponent further upon her Oath saith that since
her said late Husbands Death she hath never lived as a
hired yearly servant for Twelve Months Rented any
house Tenement or Lodging of Ten Pounds a year paid
Taxes or done any Act Matter or thing whereby she
might have gained a subsequent settlement in her
own Right
