to wit Mary Holmes< no role > aged about
31 years upon her Oath saith that about
Eleven years ago she Intermarried with
Richard Holmes< no role > her present Husband (who is
now from her) at the Parish Church of Saint
Martin in the fields by whom she hath Three
Children living Vizt. Elizabeth< no role > aged about Eight
years Richard< no role > aged about Five years and James< no role >
aged about Fifteen Months That her said
Husband Rented Apartments at No. 10 Wild
Court in the Parish of Saint Giles in the fields
in the County of Middlesex for about Nine
Months at the yearly Rent of Ten Pounds That
her said Husband quitted said Apartments
about Five years since which time he hath not
Rented any House Tenement or Lodging of Ten
Pounds a year paid Taxes or done any Act
Matter or Thing whereby he might have gained
a subsequent Settlement
