Street on behalf of Ann Duncan< no role > an Infant
aged about Seven years Maketh Oath and
Saith That the said Ann Duncan< no role > is the legitimate
Child of Samuel< no role > and Ann Duncan< no role > both now
deceased That the said Samuel and Ann
Duncan
< no role > were married at the Parish Church of
Saint Mary Overys in the County of Surry
about Eight years ago That the said Samuel
Duncan
< no role > was a Scotchman and never to the
best of this Examinants Knowledge gained any
Settlement in England That the said Ann Duncan< no role >
before her Intermarriage to the said [..]
Samuel and being a Singlewoman lived as
hired yearly Servant with our Mr. Sellers a
Baker in Maid Lane in the Parish of Saint
Saviour Southwark in the County of Surry for
Twelve Months and upwards and that after
she quitted said Service she never lived as
a hired yearly Servant for Twelve Months
Rented any house Tenement or Lodging of Ten
Pounds a year or ever paid Taxes
