to wit Mary Tweedie< no role > aged about 43 years upon
her Oath saith that she Intermarried with John
Tweedie
< no role > her present husband about Twenty three
Years ago at the Parish Church of Saint George
the Martyr by whom she hath Three Children
living Vizt. Alexander< no role > aged about 22 years and
Mary< no role > aged about 15 years both provided for &
Elizth< no role > . aged about 13 years unprovided for That her
said Husband Rented and lived in a house in
Clements Lane in the Parish of Saint Clement
Danes in the County of Middlesex for Five years
or thereabouts at the yearly rent of Ten Pounds
and upwards that he hath quitted said house
about Four years since which time he hath
not rented any house Tenement or Lodging of Ten
pounds a year paid Taxes or done any Act
Matter or thing whereby he might have gained
a subsequent settlement And further this Deponent
upon her Oath saith that her said Husband has
deserted her and refuses to Allow her any Support
whereby she is now Chargeable to the said Parish
