to wit James Dunbar< no role > aged about
41 years upon his Oath saith That he
Rented a Shop in Newport Market in the Parish
of Saint Anne in the Liberty of Westminster for
about Three years and paid Two Shillings and
Six pence per week for the same and this Dept.
further saith that he Rented at the same time
an unfurnished Room of Mrs. Harbut in
Newport Market in the said Parish of Saint
Anne for which he this Deponent paid the Sum
of Two Shillings per week [..] That he hath
quitted said Shop and Room about Fifteen
years since which time he this Deponent hath
not Rented any House Tenement or Lodging of
Ten Pounds a year paid Taxes or done any
Act Matter or Thing whereby he might have
gained a subsequent Settlement
