(to wit) Sarah Jones< no role > singlewoman on behalf of her
Niece Hannah Hayes< no role > Upon Oath saith that the
said Hannah Hayes< no role > is the legitimate Child of
John< no role > andHayes (who this Examinant has heard is
abroad) by Hannah< no role > his Wife deceased, and was born
on or about the fifth or sixth day of January 1790 at
the House of Mr Miller Shoemaker New Court
Rope Maker Street Moor fields in the Parish of St Giles
Cripplegate as she is informed & believes,
And his Examinant Upon her Oath further with
that she knows not nor has heard where the said John Hayes< no role >
was born or legally settled that she is informed
and believes her Sister the said Hannah Hayes< no role >
the elderwaslived asanan hiredas ayearly Servant [..] with Mrs
Aldershaw late of Greenwich in the County of Kent
but now of Northumberland Street in the Strand
Middlesex for several year's while she was single
and unmarried that the Cartfour Months ofyear
of such her service she lived with her said Mistress
in King Street [..] in the Town and Parish of Greenwich
aforesaid and that she was Married to the said John Hayes< no role > in the
parish Church of Greenwich (by Banns) about two
Months before she quitted her said Mistress
Service
