to wit Ann Townsend< no role > Widow of
Edward Townsend< no role > deceased upon her
Oath saith that she is forty seven Years of
Age or thereabouts, that she was married to her
said late Husband at the Parish Church of Saint
Bridget otherwise Saint Brides in the City of
London by Banns on the 25th Day of October
1768 That after her Intermarriage her said
Husband Rented and lived in a House in
Greyhound Court in the Parish of Saint Clement
Danes or the Yearly Rent of Eighteen Pounds
for [..] about
three Years that they quitted the same
about twenty one Years ago and that after
quitting the same her said Husband in his
Life time did not Rent neither hath
she this Examinant since his Decease Rented
any Messuage or Tenement of the Yearly
Valued of ten Pounds paid any Taxes, lived as
an hired Yearly Servant for one Year
or done any other Act Matter or Thing
Whereby to the best of her Knowledge
Information or belief she may have
gained any subsequent Settlement.
