to wit Elizabeth Cacy< no role > Aged 26 Years
or thereabouts the Wife of David Casey< no role >
now Under Sentence of Transfer taken
Upon Oath saith that he was Married to her
present Husband the said david Cacy on the
4th day of September 1791 at the parish Church
of Saint Clare Southwark , - that her said
Husband David Cacy< no role > lived as an hired Yearly
Servant with a Mr. Nessino of No 8 Thanet place
Strand in the parish of Saint Clement Danes
for Upwards of a Year and an half at the
Yearly Wages of £15 that he quitted the said
Service in the Month of Jany 1793 and that
since he hath done no Act Matter or Thing
whatsr whereby to the best of this Examinants
Information knowledge or beliefshehe has gained
any subsequent legal Settlement.
