(to wit) Elizabeth Swindall< no role > Wife of Richard
Swindall
< no role > a Substitute in the Surry Militia
Maketh Oath saith that she is aged about 30 years
that she was Married to her said Husband at the parish
Church of St Leonard Shoreditch in or about the Month
of January 1790 that she hath one Child by her said
Husband now living Namely George< no role > aged Eleven
Months on the 18th day of February last that she hath
been informed and verily believes her Husband Father was
Married to Catherine his Wife the Mother of the said Richard Swindall< no role > at the parish Church
of St. Sepulchre Newgate in or about the year 1767
that her said Husband in now of the Age of 25 years or
thereabouts that he never obtained any legal
settlement in his own Right to the best of this
Examinant's knowledge or belief that she hath
also been [..] informed and believes that her father
in Law Nicholas Swindall< no role > Rented a House and
premises at the parish of Beckingham in Kent for upward of a year at
Eleven pounds a year and paid Taxes for the same
and hath never obtained any subsequent legal settlement and this Examinant [..] knows not of any
settlement she is intitled to otherwise than in
Beckingham aforesaid
