(to wit) Martha Bryant< no role > aged about 35
Yearsor thereaboutsUpon Oath saith that
she was Married to Isaac Bryant< no role > at the parish
Church of Stroud Water in the County of Gloucester on
or about the 18th day of October 1787 (by Banns) that
subsequent thereto her said Husband Rented and Resided
in a Cellar inMontMonsmouth Street at No. 3 next Moore Street in
the parish of St Giles in the Fields in the County of
Middlesex for two Years and upwards at the
Weekly Rent of four shillings that the said Cellar
was unfurnishedtheythat he quitted the same in
or about the Month of October last and hath not obtained
any subsequent legal Settlement the best of her
(this Examinant's) knowledge or belief that she
hath two Children by her said Husband namely Samuel< no role >
aged about three Years and four Months and William< no role > aged
Nine Months And upwards that her said Husband
is from this Examinant and (as she believes) at Chatham
Barracks and she this Examinant is unable to
Maintain herself and family without assistance
