a House in Pearl Row St George's Fields in the parish of St George the
Martyr
in the Borough
of Southwark
in the County
of Surrey
from Midsummer day last until on or about
the
fourthfourteenth day of October last at the annual Rent of
about fourteen pounds that they quitted the Said House
on or about the said 14th. of October last and her said
Husband has not since done any Act Matter or
thing whatsoever whereby to obtain any subsequent
legal Settlement to the best of this Examinant's
knowledge information or belief that she hath four
Children by her said Husband now with her namely
