Ballard
< no role > a private Soldier in Colonel Johnson's
Company of the third Regiment of Fleet Guards
now abroad) aged thirty years and upwards Upon
Oath saith that she was Married to herpresent
said Husband Edward Ballard< no role > at the parish
Church of St Andrew Holborn London on or about
the seventh day of March 1791 (by Banns) that her said Husband hath informed which she
believes to be true that previous thereto her said Husband served his
Apprenticeship under Indenture with Mr. John Dearne< no role >
Shoemaker that during the last three Months thereof had
lodgedthe three last Monthswith his said
Master at No 8 in King Street Drury Lane
in the parish of St Giles in the Fields in the
said County of Middlesex and saith that he hath never since
the expiration of his Apprenticeshiphe hath
done any Act Matter or thing whatsoever whereby
to obtain any subsequent legal to the best of
this Examinant's knowledge information or belief
And this Examinant further saith that She hath
one Child by her said Husband&now living with
her namely Edward< no role > born ontheor about the
29th Day of December 1791 And that She is Poor
distressed and unable to maintain herself without
assistance
